The test must be taken as a whole, you will not be able to come back and take the test again. Please start right away. Allow about 15 minutes to take the test. After completing the seven sections, your results will be calculated and displayed. Please print the results using your browsers print functions. Please rate each statement according to how it relates to your current feelings and experience. There are no correct or incorrect responses. If you fence competitively, please respond to questions as they relate to your performance. Please select a response to every statement, rating it under strongly disagree, disagree, no opinion, agree or strongly agree. Please use only the no opinion rating if no other answer could generally apply. The no opinion rating may also be used for any questions you prefer not to answer. After taking the test, you will be redirected to your Results page. Please print your results using your browsers print function. At the bottom of the Results page you will have an opportunity to download your personal workbook in Adobe PDF format. Adobe Reader 9 is required to open and print the workbook.
